Conditions for Refunds

🔹 Refund before consultation:

If the customer cancels their appointment before the consultation, they are entitled to a full refund , except for the Stripe processing fee , which is:
1.5% + €0.25 for standard European Economic Area cards.
2.5% + €0.25 for UK cards.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the reservation.
The money will be transferred to the customer’s account within 5 to 10 business days after the application is approved.

🔹 Refund after consultation:

No returns are accepted once the consultation has been made.
Before confirming the reservation, all conditions and details of the service are provided , ensuring the client makes an informed decision.
Rescheduling and Appointment Changes
Rescheduling an appointment is allowed free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance .
If the customer decides to cancel and reschedule their appointment, they will only be charged the Stripe fees mentioned above.
The full amount of the consultation will be applied to the new selected date.
Customer satisfaction

If the client is not satisfied with the consultation , we offer an additional online consultation to resolve their questions and provide clarification regarding their case.

Request for Refund or Appointment Change

To request a refund or appointment change, the client must:

✔ Send an email at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment.
✔ The subject line should be: “Refund Request” or “Appointment Change.”
✔ In the message, the client must:

Please provide your name and email address associated with the reservation.
Explain if you are requesting a refund or a change of date .
Commit to choosing a new time in case of rescheduling.

📌 Important: The request will be processed within 5 to 10 business days once approved.
